摘要: 软组织透明细胞肉瘤(clear cell sarcoma of soft tissues,CCSST)是一种非常罕见的恶性软组织肿瘤,其发病率约占所有软组织肿瘤的1%左右[1]。肿瘤大小是影响预后的重要因素[2]。现报告右侧腋窝巨大CCSST 1例,并对其临床特征、鉴别诊断及预后进行分析。
